Customer Service?
June 26th, 2010Letter sent to Experian on 06/25/2010:
To whom it may concern:
On June 20, 2010, I requested an online personal credit report #1606-xxxx-xx. The report was delivered online.
Then I went to the credit report score area and paid the $7.95 as requested. Instead of a credit report score, I was told I was deceased and received no score; however I was still charged the $7.95. The emotional stress after reading I was deceased really set me back.
I then sent several emails to support, requesting a refund and explained the situation to no avail.
Since I am a Senior Citizen and Viet Nam era veteran, I feel that Criminal Fraud against a Senior Citizen has been instituted by your company Experian against me. I will be filing a Criminal Complaint with the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Federal Trade Commission against your company.
Maybe your company feels it is above the law, or at the least feel you can cheat people out of their money.
Sincerely,
John L.
